Boy was it dark this morning.
Wednesday, 9/30/09--Ran to Penn Oaks (25:00) and back (23:59); 6.6 MILES. Lifted for only 15 minutes b/c I was running late. Boy was it dark this morning. Tomorrow: 7.9 with the boys in town.
