Alas!

Friday, 7/29--easy 4.4 in 34:40. 71 degrees. Alas!

Thinking of a 35 minute fartlek tomorrow with my son. I have to whip him into some shape!

Thursday, 7/28--7.9 run in 58:15 with WC crew. Very humid!

Wednesday, 7/27--easy 4.4 in 34:00.
