The reality

Friday, 3/6-took off. Exhaustion.

Thurs, 3/5-5:45AM

4 x 300 (Event run) Speed 48 seconds/rest 5 minutes
Hit the mark: 48-mid, 48-low, 47-high, 48-low

Wed, 3/4
Went to the track to work out, but left after trying to warm up. Sucks.

Tuesday, 3/3...5:45 AM

6 x 200 speed 30 seconds/rest 3 minutes
I was able to hit 30s! 
I then hit the Y for a 10-min lifting session.

Monday, 3/2

Went to Hillsborough's track at 5:45AM or so.
The Plan:
2 x 450 Speed 60 seconds 400/rest=15 minutes

3 x 200 Speed 32-31-30/rest=3 minutes

The Reality:
After warming up, I went to do the first 450 and felt like crap. I stopped at the 300 in 46.xx sec.
After 11 minutes, I gave it another go. I hit the 400 mark in 63 and finished up at 1:11. 

The 200s were 32-mid, 31-high, 31-low
