I mean a little

Friday-took off

Thurs, 4/20-Went to the track at 6:45 to test out my hip with a few 150s.  Not great, but better.  Just ran 22-mid, 21-mid, 20-mid.  Cautious.

Wed, 4/19-Went to the Y and did a little lifting, and I mean a little.
