Relaxed

Tues, May 28--I arrived home from work a bit earlier than usual (5:15) and decided to get in a short taper workout of 3x200.  Each was suppsoed to be faster than the previous one.  My legs felt heavy and I was a little tight.  Even though I expected to do a relaxed 29,28 and 27, I accepted my 30,29 and 28.  These were relaxed as well.
