Not great, but pretty darn okay

Saturday, 1/16/10--

workout: 8x400. #s 1,3,4,7 @ 70 and #s 2,5,8 @ 63.
Warmed up 1.1 miles. 10-minute stretch. Runs: 70,65,70,65,70,71,63. 200m walk, then 200 jog between each=4 min.

.5 mile cool down.

This was not great, but pretty darn okay.
