Planned Moderate, Ran local: 8x300. Goal pace for first four was 64 with 1:56 min rest; second four would be 60 with 2:00 rest. This meant starting a 300 every 3:00 min. This workout was very doable for my injured self.
Sat, 10/4/25-Went to the Y with V. Did 2M on treadmill, with first mile being in about 9:20 and the second mile being in about 8:20. I started at 10 min/mile pace and just kept adjusting the treadmill, getting faster along with way to 7:00-something by the end.
Fri, 10/3/25-2M run in 16:50.
