Went to Natirar. Because I arrived later than I should have, I did only 2.65M (22:30)

Did the 2M loop. 16:50
Sunday, 10/26/25-
Stayed local. The workout was 5 x (200, wait 60 sec, then 100, followed by a 500m slow jog in 5:00). The 200s were supposed to be in 33; the 100s were supposed to be in 16 sec.

on the fifth one, I felt my hamstring tug 20 seconds in...at the 130/135m mark, so I stopped. Needless to say, I skipped the last 100, leaving the track feeling good about the effort but bummed about the leg.
