Thurs, 10/23/25-Went to the track with 8x200 with a short rest in mind. After a mile warmup, I figured I'd do 200s in about 36/37...with 1:20 or so rest. The idea was to start a 200m every two minutes. I stuck to this, with a 36 sec 200 meaning a 1:24 rest and a 37 sec 200 meaning 1:23 rest. Not much distinction here! My first 200 was slow and flat, 39. I then dropped to 36s. 39, 36, 36, 36, 36, 36, 35, 33
