Sun, 10/12/25-The workout was 4x1000 with 3:30 rest. I started on the second one because I was running behind...and hemming and hawing. I managed a reasonable 3:56, 3:51, and 3:46.
Sat, 10/11/25-Hillsborough Y with V. Ran 2M on treadmill (9:30, 8:30=18:00). Stretched. Lifted.
Fri, 10/10/25-Took off. Later learned I am not a candidate for knee surgery.
Thurs, 10/9/25-6x200 in 40 was workout on 60' rest. I managed 39s for the first 3, then 38, 38, and 35.
