Tues, 11/4-slept in. Got in late (1:30AM) from Chicago!
Mon, 11/3-fitness center at the Evanston/Chicago Hyatt. 1M on treadmill (9:15); stretched; another mile on treadmill (8:30). Weights.
Sun, 11/2-track. The workout was 8x200 in 33' with 3min rest. I was doing fine, but the started to feel my right hamstring. As a precaution, I called it quits after the fourth effort.
33-high, 33-mid, 33-low, 33-high; 200m walk/3:00 rest
