Several members of the crew were at Nationals!

Distance crew had on tap 200,300,400,300,200,200,300,400,300,200, with 2:30 rest between each effort. I hopped in beginning with the 400, as they began warming up before I did.

Andrew and I then put on our spike and did a few flys.

Mon, 3/6--ran to gym, lifted, ran back

Sun, 3/5-6x150 in 21.xx (3' rest), John's call in prep for Nationals. 

Sat, 3/4-took off

Fri, 3/3--ran to gym, lifted, ran back

Thurs, 3/2-6x100 in 14/15

Wed, 3/1--ran to gym, lifted, ran back

Tues, 2/28-cannot recall
