I was game for a half-decent workout

March 18, 2014-

After a hiatus, I returned to the Tuesday morning workout group at WC Henderson HS.  There were two workouts, one for marathoners and one for the rest of us.  The marathoners were to do 3200m/400m jog/1600m/400m jog/3200m; the rest of us could do 6x800m with 200m jog in-between repeats.  I chose the latter.  I was still sore and tired from the weekend's four events, but I was game for a half-decent workout.
