You guessed it

Wed, 3/20/24-Warmed up and stretched pretty well. On tap was 4x100  with 60 seconds' rest between repeats.  Goal was to start at 16 sec and work my way down to 13 sec.

Tues, 3/19/24-2.5M in 21:20. Stretched in fitness center. Headed back home .33M.
