Sat, 4/25-Went to TCNJ with V for a workout, this one in the AM (55-degree weather, light winds). I managed 6x200...31-low, 30-mid, 31-low, 30-low, 29-high, 29-mid

Fri, 4/24-took off

Thurs, 4/23-Went to TCNJ at 6:00 in the drizzling rain. I wound up tacking 6x200....32-low, 31-mid, 31-low, 30-high, 30-mid, 30-low.

could've felt easier.

Sunday, April 19th-

Went to TCNJ. Did 6x200...with 3' rest. 30.1, 30.3, 30.7, 30.9, 30.7, 30.5. This workout was okay, but could've felt easier.

killing my motivation

April 18th-This coronavirus (COVID-19) is killing my motivation, I was going to head to TCNJ to workout, but I took the bait when my daughter asked to go on a drive. I had still planned to work out upon our return, but a longer than expected excursion really made it hard to want to work out at 6:00.

April 17th-Did a silly mile around the yard. It was too muddy, and the many twists and turns aggravated my back.

April 14th-Went to TCNJ to do a combination of 200s and 150s. Even though the track wasn't especially crowded, the people who were there struggled to observe age-old track rules, such as not walking in the inner lanes, not having a baby carriage on the track, not permitting toddlers and kindergartners to frolic across the lanes. Therefore, I never quite got settled. After a 200 in 30-mid, I went for a 150, making it in 21-low. I then put in another 200, this one in 31-low. I tried for another 150, but I was concerned about crashing into the kids. I frustratingly called it a day.

Sunday, 4/12-On this 70-degree, partly cloudy day, I went to TCNJ for 4 x 300 (Event run). Speed 48 seconds/rest 5 minutes. Hit the mark: 48-mid, 48-low, 47-high, 46-high. I was satisfied.

Tues, 4/7-Went to TCNJ. Wanted to do 6x200...with 3' rest, but only managed four: 29-high, 30-low, 30-mid, 31-low. Groin still.

Mon, 4/6-Went to TCNJ. Wanted to do 6x200...with 3' rest, but only managed three: 30-low, 30-mid, 31-low. Groin really bothering me.

Interrupted

4/5/20-A very easy 1.9 with V and DJ at Duke Island Park.

4/4/20-A very easy 2.44M with V at Skillman.

4/3/20-Went to the canal for a few miles. Did three miles easy and was then interrupted at the beginning of the fourth mile by Mom's phone call.

4/2/20-Went to the Delaware-Raritan Canal and did four miles.
