On this day "off" from work, I drove to Forbidden Drive for a 7M run. Starting at the Bells Mill Rd trailhead, I went out 3.5M (29:00), averaging around 8:15/M, and came back 3.5M (27:00), averaging around 7:45/M, ...for a total of 7M (56:00), or 8:00/M.
