to be faster

Wed, 2/28/24-2x(250, 60 sec rest, 150). First set 36.5 and 21.9; second set 35.3 and 21.5. 8min rest. Need these efforts to be faster. Is the issue speed or strength? Both! 

Tues, 2/27/24-2.1M, lift, then .9M cool down
