Sun, 1/17-
Went to trail. Solo 4.25M run in 31:45. (8:10, 7:45, 7:20, 6:55...1:35)
Sat, 1/16-
Went to the Y for some half-mile repeats on the treadmill. After a 8:30 mile warm up and 8 minutes of stretching, I popped on my racing flats.
I managed 6 x (3:00 on treadmill setting 10.1 + 3:00 on one machine). Last half mile in 2:50.
Fri, 1/15-took off
Thurs, 1/14-Went to Y. Did 3 x (mile + 4:00 lifting). Miles were in 8:00, 7:30, 7:00.
Wed, 1/13--Went to Y. Did 3 x (mile + 4:00 lifting). Miles were in 8:00, 7:30, 7:00.
Tues, 1/12-Went to Mountainview. Did a puny run, so puny that I cannot recall the distance.
Mon, 1/11-took off
Sun, 1/10-Went to the trail. Had a decent run of 4.25M
