Went to the trail to run. First time running since last week. Leg was feeling better.
Started off very modestly: 8:55
Then...8:05
Then...7:35
Then...7:05
Then...finished last .25 in 1:45
4.25M in 33:25
Felt leg a bit towards the end, but seemingly nothing.
Fri, 1/10/21-
Took off
Thurs, 1/7/21--
Went to Y. Vigorously walked for 4 min, lifted for 4 min, biked for 4 min. Repeated.
