Went to Y. Vigorously walked for 5 min, lifted for 5 min, biked for 4 min. Repeated.
Sun, 1/3/21
Went to Y. w/V Vigorously walked for 5 min, lifted for 5 min, biked for 4 min. Repeated.
Sat, 1/2/21-
Went to the trail with V for a run. By the time I reached the 1.5M mark, my calf was throbbing. Hobbled for much of the rest of the run. Completed the 4.25M run in 45:30.
