At least I wasn't drained completely

 Tues, 4/30-

6AM: I decided that I would give sit 'n kick a whirl: 5 x (400, 60 sec rest, 150), 1200m jog between sets. I was hoping that I would be able to manage 66s and 24s. My actuals on this nice but slightly humid morning were a little disappointing: 68, 25; 69, 25; 68, 25; 66, 23. I didn't have time for a fifth. At least I wasn't drained completely! My 1200m rests ranged between 9:00 and 9:15. I probably didn't give myself enough rest after Sunday's 6x300s.
