Sun, 4/4-ran on trail. 4.25M in 33:15. Back, hip, groin hurting by the end. Sufering
Sat, 4/3-ran at Duke Island Park. Had to stop at 3.5M. 30:30. Ouch.
Fri, 4/2-Went to the Y with V. Biked 2M, then lifted and did a few exercises. Then, biked 3M more.
Thurs, 4/1-Biked 1M at the Y, then lifted and did a few exercises. Then, biked 2M more.
Wed, 3/31-took off
Tues, 3/30-took off
Mon, 3/29-took off
