Simple and accessible

Mon, 4/19-

Went to the Y. Treadmill 8:30 mile. Lifted for 8:00. Treadmill 7:55 mile. Abdominal exercises 8:00.

Sun, 4/18-

Met up with the crew at GA. There were many of us! The workout was simple and accessible, which was needed given my injury.

Sat, 4/17-

Ran 4.25M on the trail. Ouch. Had to stop at 3M. Pain. Walked for nearly a quarter-mile, then finished up. 4M in 32:00
