Mon, 4/12-2 mile on bike (10:00), 10:00 of lifting, 1 mile on bike (4:00)
Sun, 4/11-Went to canal towpath. Ran 4M in 32:50. Ouch
Sat, 4/10-took off
Fri, 4/9-took off
Thurs, 4/8-Went to Y.
I feel stranded in pain, getting rounder by the day!
