Fri, 2/19-

Went to the Y for some half-mile repeats on the treadmill. After a 8:30 mile warm up and 8 minutes of stretching, I popped on my racing flats. 

I managed 6 x (2:58 on treadmill setting 10.2 + 3:00 on one weight machine). Last half mile in 2:35.
