solid training

Mon, 3/11-Went to the Y with V to do 3 x (mile/stretch/lift). Treadmill miles were in 7:55 (7.6), 7:26 (8.1), and 7:01 (8.6). I took 4:00 between each. Felt pretty good after yesterday's solid training run.
