I need to work on my VO2 max.

Friday, 3/8-took off

Thurs, 3/7-treadmill times: mile in 8:29 (7.1), mile in 7:27 (8.1), mile in 6:38 (9.1), mile 5:59 (10.1).

Wed, 3/6-4x800 on treadmill...setting on 10.1 with 3:00 rest. 2:51s.

Tues, 3/5-8:30 Mile on treadmill, stretch, followed by three miles outside in (23:00) 7:50, 7:40, 7:30.

I need to work on my VO2 max.
