Fri, May 1-Went to TCNJ for a workout. I was stuck between doing 6x200 and 4x300. I let my body and the crowdedness of the track lead me.

Tues, April 28-Went to TCNJ for a workout. Only able to get through 3x200 in 32/31/30 and 1x150 and 22.
Mon, April 27-Did 3M in 23:00 (8:04, 7:41, 7:15)
