Took off.
Tues, 2/4/20
Went to campus for some 150s. The idea was to do 2@22, 2@21, and 2@20, with 3:00-3:30/200m walk rest. I warmed up and stretched really well on this 40-something degree morning.
22-mid, 22-low, 21-mid, 21-low, 21-low (slowed down), --. I decided not to do the last one, not because I was tired, but because I felt a tug on my right hamstring. I'm trying to be careful.
Did some jump roping afterwards. 5 x (20 sec on/20 sec off)

Went to the Y. Warmed up, stretched, lifted.
