Friday--took the day off
Thursday--did 12x150 with 2:00/250m jog rest at 5:45 AM. My goal was to do the first 4 in 22, the second 4 in 21, and the third 4 in 20. My runs: 22,23,22,22,21,21,22,21,20,20,20,20.
Wednesday--2.2M in 17:15. early morn.
Tuesday--at Henderson for 8x400 with a 200m jog rest. Felt ok. Hung in there with the top group. 83, 82, 81, 79, 78, 77, 76, 72. early morn.
Monday--4.4M in 34:00 early morn
