Sat--down and out. Tomorrow's meet: a pipe dream?
Fri, 1/9/13--At home with flu-like symptoms. Argh. When I got my bearings, I went to the Y for a little running and a little lifting. Since I was sick, I shortened my workout as well as tempered it quite a bit.
1M on donut track in 7:00
lat and fly machines
1M on treadmill in 6:58
adduction and abduction machine
1M on track in 6:39
military press and arm curl machines
Went home.
