Back aching

Sat, 3/14/26-Went to the Y. Did 9:00 mile, stretched, did some mobility exercises, lifted a bit, then returned to the treadmill for another mile, in 8:30. I finished my short time off with some hamstring curls.

Fri, 3/13/26-swimming in work; took off

Thurs, 3/12/26-work overflowing; took off

Wed, 3/11/26-Ran the XC course on campus. Back aching!

Tues, 3/10/26-Did 2M loop around neighborhood. Back aching!
