Sat, 9/2-took off; V and I had "business" to finish in the Lehigh Valley.
Fri, 9/1-mile to the Commons (8:20); stretched and lifted (15:00); mile back home (8:05)
Thurs, 8/31-did the 4.45M route in around 36:00. Achilles killed me the first almost two miles.
Wed, 8/30-met up with Andrew at 6:15. We would up doing 4 x (200, 60 sec rest, 300, 90 sec rest). We'd take 3:00 after the second of four sets. Modest but tougher-than-expected workout. We started out especially slow and improved along the way.
