Sat., 2/18/23-Spent the night at the Zion property and Friday, then took off on Saturday. What an exhausting week!
Fri., 2/17/23-Ran 7:40 mile to Vare-->5 min of stretching-->15 min strength work-->ran 7:40 mile back to Jennings House
Thurs., 2/16/23-8x100 on 1:45 rest. The idea was to complete two laps (800), running a combination of 100s on the turn and on the straightaway. My thought was to run the first 4 in 15 and the second 4 in 14. That's pretty much what I did: 15-high, 15-mid, 15-low, 14-high, 14-mid, 14-low, 13-high, 13-mid
