July 25--Rustin loop modified, down to park and straight back up Shiloh. 4.1 miles--29:50.
My sciatica is bothering me...in both legs now. When I hit, I feel like my butt's on a warmer. Not a good sign. Let's see how tomorrow's 200s go.
July 24--Ran to the Y (29:30), lifted and ran back (29:00). Easy pace, although it didn't feel entirely comfortable. 7.5M
