Saturday--went to track. 15 200s. Goal: First set of 5 in 32, second set of 5 in 30, and this set in 28. Hit all the marks. 1:45 min/200 meter jog interval; 400 m jog interval between sets. Workout felt ok, but I felt like I had to press to hit 28 secs. Also, I felt winded by 3rd set. Hamstring was bothering me a bit. Workout was medium difficulty but felt hard.
