Nice-n-Easy, I think.

This morning I made my way to the gym, running through the usual 3.3 miles of neighborhoods to get there. 25:45, a nice-n-easy pace that I wish felt better. I worked my legs over a bit, feeling the burn characteristics of a good leg workout. I then came home...a there and back run...in 25:18, a nice-n-easy pace. Decent, not great, but decent.

I am hoping to have somewhat of a regular week, less intensity. I will do half of what I'd normally do on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Tuesday will be regular, and so will Thursday. I will probably lift on Wednesday and/or Friday.
