Cancun: 8:30 mile warm-up, stretch, 6x60 seconds or .18M (highest treadmill setting of 13.7, or 4:23 mile pace)...3 min rest btwn efforts, stretch

Cancun: 8:30 mile warm-up, stretch, 12:00 1.5M, lift, 12:00 1.5M, stretch

Took off. En route to Cancun
