Sunday, 4/12-On this 70-degree, partly cloudy day, I went to TCNJ for 4 x 300 (Event run). Speed 48 seconds/rest 5 minutes.
Hit the mark: 48-mid, 48-low, 47-high, 46-high. I was satisfied.
