Mon, 7/4/16-Went to the Y.
6:45 on donut track
5:00 of stretching
6:10 on treadmill (started at 6:20 pace and worked my way down to 5:27)
5:00 of lifting
5:40 on treadmill. I chose the treadmill over the track because of crowding. (started at 5:45 pace and worked my way down to 5:18)
Am I turning the corner?
Sun, 7/3/16-Went to the Y. Knowing I'd be running with my daughter once I returned home, I modified my workout. I did 3 sets of (5:00 at 6:30 pace + lifting).
