Fri, 12/18-Went to the Y at 5:40 AM. Alternated between .5M runs on the donut track at 7:30/7:45 pace and lifting (arms and legs). 30 min workout.
Thurs, 12/17-Met up with the group at WC Country Club at 5:40 AM for the distance run workout. At Union and Brandywine, which is about 1.4M into the run, we started the workout of 2:00 hard/1:00 easy. I really wasn't feeling it! I was just awful. I finished up at Matlack and E, Chestnut in 25:30 or so, and I hit the 4M mark in just under 28:00. I then bagged the rest and went home. I am exhausted.
Wed, 12/16-Cannot remember. Maybe nothing.
