Preparing for Friday's race-
Mon-VERY easy 4.4M
Tues-3 days before my race: 3x200m with 3 min rest. Run each one a second faster than the previous one (i.e., 29, 28, 27).
Wed--An easy 2-3 miles. (Perhaps go to the Y)
Thurs--Complete rest.
Fri-compete
