Thurs, 5/10/12--The plan was to do a little sprint work today:
4x200 in 28 sec each (walk 150m + jog 50m for 2:30 rest)
4x150 in 20 sec each (walk 100m + jog 150m for 2:30 rest)
4x100 in 13 sec each (walk 75 + jog 25m for 1:30 rest)
I was scary-tight while stretching!
This workout turned out to be prety good, athough I felt like I was constantly a second off. My runs:
4x200: 28,29,28,29
4x150: 21,21,21,21
4x100:14,13,13,12
I'm looking forward to my next workout--this Sunday with a couple of my Greater Phila Track Club teammates.
Wed, 5/9/12--Went to the Y and lifted a bit.
