The first two were supposed to be at 24 (800m pace), the second two at 23 (600m pace), and the last two at 22 (600m pace). Mission accomplished.

Tues, 6/23/20-
I arrived on TCNJ's campus with an ambitious 3x400 in 60 seconds on my mind. Although the temperature of 82 was doable, it was on the humid side.
Rep 1: I got out too slowly, crossing the 100-meter mark in 15/16. I relaxed on the backstretch, reaching the 200 mark in 31/32. I crossed the 300 in 48. As I hit the homestretch, I tried not to overuse my arms. I crossed the 400 in 64-low.
I walked for 10 minutes.
Rep 2: Feeling fully recovered, I decided to get at the next 400. I reached the 100 in 15/16 and the 200 in 31/32. I looked at my watch at the 300 mark and saw 48. I tried to relax over the last 100, finishing the lap in 63-high.
I walked another 10 minutes.
Rep 3: I was ready to go. I reached the 100 in 15 and the 200 in 31. I looked at my watch and saw 47 at the 300 mark. I finished up in 63-low.
I was not pleased with the workout, as it indicated I am a ways off where I was two years ago.
