Not sure but sometime, when things are misaligned or injured (your hamstring) you put not normal stress on other parts (your calves). I see this past week you were running pretty good pace, I know you want to come back fast but listen to your body - What are your calves telling you and why now perhaps you are running different than when your hamstring was 100% putting more stress on the calves or maybe your body is sending you a signal. Things aren't right yet chill a bit ? I know its hard to do. I don't want to see it turn into a long term injury. We both have goals to reach this season! And the wily veteran you are of this game you know what to do, so I'm just reminding you to check in with what you already know.
