Knee bothering me; took off
Tues, 3/17/26-Drove to Natirar and did 2.25M (19:15) in the cold and wind.
Mon, 3/16/26-2M loop in 16:45.
Sun, 3/15/26-Planned to 6x150 in 23 sec with 2:30 rest. I wound up doing 3 in 24 and 3 in 25 on 3:00 rest! The kind cheers from my the kids on the lacrosse team, while kind, weren't enough to make this workout successful.
